This Privacy Policy explains how XPLORA DIGITAL SDN. BHD. (“XPlora Digital”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”) of Malaysia, in connection with this website (xploradigitalmarketing.com) and our services.

1. Personal data we collect

  • Contact and enquiry data — name, company, email address, phone number and the contents of your message, when you submit our enquiry form, email us, call us or message us.
  • Newsletter data — your email address, when you subscribe to our newsletter.
  • Technical data — basic log information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider for security and to keep the site working.
  • Client engagement data — billing and project information where you engage our services, collected under the relevant service agreement.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors, and we do not collect sensitive personal data through this website.

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide proposals you request.

Enquiry correspondence is generally retained for up to 24 months after our last contact; newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe; client records are retained for the period required by Malaysian law.
